• Strategy support – turning research into actionable recommendations

• Evaluation – qualitative analysis to assess program and service effectiveness

• Storytelling – surfacing narratives that elevate lived experience and guide change

• Facilitation – workshops, discovery sessions, and learning journeys

My sweet spot is making sense of complexity, especially when you’re designing services, policies, or digital tools in partnership with communities.
