WORKSHOP DESIGN & FACILITATION

Creating spaces for clarity, creativity, and connection—whether with product teams, social impact leaders, or communities imagining what’s possible together.

why workshops?

Workshops are where I bring together my background in research, teaching, and facilitation to help teams think deeper, move forward, and connect with those they serve. Whether we’re designing an MVP or holding space for honest conversation, I create formats that are participatory, practical, and grounded in care.

Types of Workshops I Facilitate

  • Workshops to help early-stage teams define their hypotheses, map what to build in an MVP, and align on priorities. Grounded in lean product thinking and rapid iteration.

  • Skill-building sessions that introduce the design thinking process through real-world social challenges—guiding participants from framing to prototyping, with a focus on remote collaboration and equity.

  • Sessions that help teams examine how identity, bias, and lived experience shape the way they design and make decisions. These workshops support more ethical, reflective, and equity-aligned design practices.

  • Workshops that create inviting, culturally responsive spaces for communities to share experiences, learn together, and envision new possibilities.

What I Bring to Every SESSION

  • Grounded, adaptable facilitation that meets people where they are

  • Tools and frameworks to turn insight into next steps

  • Deep attention to power, language, and accessibility

  • Remote and in-person formats with a participatory lens

  • Agendas that balance structure with space to explore

Have a team that needs clarity, a group that’s ready to imagine new possibilities, or a community you want to engage meaningfully? I’d love to help design a session that resonates.
